[16:21:49] <Krinkle>	 duesen: I'm thinking of unifying the various maintenance scripts we have that 1) don't require a MW install and 2) relate to preparing artefacts that are checked-in such as regenerating of autoload.php and (upcoming) automatic updates to extension.json based on require() statements per T283388#7109727. I don't know if we need the generated md/php files for config long term, but if we do, we could include that there as well. Any thoughts
