[19:24:05] <Krinkle>	 The measurement is slightly off, it's underreporting because they didn't clear localStorage cache, so the "reload with empty (HTTP) cache" actually still used quite a bit of caching. That's good on the one side, because it's a very effective cache, but also makes it not representative of a cold payview. The enwiki Main_Page logged-out has  decompressed JS size of 0.8MB instead of 0.2MB if you clear localStorage as well. Still best of the
