[05:04:34] <moonmoon>	 and even if you were to obtain the files via composer, you'd still need to run the wiki's installer

[05:05:53] <moonmoon>	 MW core does have dependencies shipped via composer, so if you aren't using a tarball release you'll need to run composer after obtaining the files (e.g. via git)
