[08:04:43] <hashar>	 kostajh: Krinkle: for unit tests logging, I have another draft patch that crafts a `$wgMWLoggerDefaultSpi` and thus would no more rely on the Logger dependency to `$wgDebugLogFile` & `$wgDebugLogGroups`.  I will see whether I can complete it this week :)
