[10:43:51] hello. i run a turnkey mediawiki instance on a local ESXi host.  Ocassionally a page is very very slow to load. Like 10+ seconds. If a page is stuck loading and i refresh the page, it usually loads immidiately. What could be the problem? I used to run another mediawiki on the same server, never had this issue. [10:45:31] This happens maybe once every 10th time i open a page in the wiki. Sometimes i even get "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." in my browser. But when i refresh it loads just fine [10:45:53] i wonder if this can be some sort of network issue [13:29:10] Does anyone know if there is an API way to validate an expiry? JavaScript's validation is not as expansive as mediawiki's valid options (as defined by strtotime), so this isn't going to work as I need to ensure that the expiry is valid for mediawiki. [14:47:28] Dreamy_Jazz: if parsing a time in wikitext is a valid option for you, with the {{#time:}} parser function, you can call the api with action=parse [15:36:23] Thanks Vulpix, that should work for what I need.
