[08:01:48] <Stormscape>	 I set up a mediawiki install using the Ubuntu PPA from the mediawiki site, it worked fine for a couple hours, then suddenly CSS no longer loads unless I add &debug=true to the URL, and even then it loads weird. Checking the dev console of my browser showed that for some reason the call to load the JS to check how to render the CSS has a single ' at the beginning causing it to not run at all due to syntax breaking.
[08:02:31] <Stormscape>	 changed literally no settings so I have no idea why this is even happening
[15:16:35] <legoktm>	 if they come back, I suspect they have a stray ' somewhere in their LocalSettings.php
