[18:52:42] <moonmoon>	 The extension page doesn't list a compatibility policy, so I'd suggest using the REL1_35 branch of MobileDetect (you can grab it from the download links on the mediawiki.org extension page). A lot has changed since 1.35 and it's possible that someone has contributed something to the extension which broke compatibility with 1.35 in the past couple of years
