The only thing the script reverted was pages that were made by the troll, not pages which were moved by the troll. is there a script to revert page moves?

Failed. It did that for every page that the troll moved, except for the pages he made. Is there a script or a way to revert page moves, not just page creations?

All other instances of the same templatestyles will output that data-mw-deduplicate placeholder, and that's expected. However, if for some reason the first one is omitted from the output, the styles will be missing
[15:15:40] <Vulpix>	 Try adding the template that loads those styles on a new empty page, and preview to see if the styles work. If that works there, something in the page where it doesn't work may be interfering with it
