[19:42:23] <karlpinc>	 I'm running 1.43.0 with the "monobook" skin.  I've edited MediaWiki:Sidebar to put the search box above the "navigation" stuff.  I've restarted the webserever and php-fpm and used a new browser (with cookies cleared) and I still see the "navigation stuff" above the search box in the sidebar.  I don't really care to work at "fixing" anything, but am interested in an explanation if someone wants to give me one.
