[15:21:12] <hidjgr>	 Hello, I'm on Manjaro, trying to run mediawiki 1.43 with php 8.3, it is accassible, but says i'm missing iconv and intl even though they are enabled in php.ini. I used to have mediawiki working in the past but at some point i uninstalled it, and when i reinstalled the newest version i also updated php from 7 to 8.
[15:42:52] <ashley>	 if you don't need PHP 7.x or below-8.3 versions of the 8.x branch, the easiest solution is to likely just uninstall those packages. then you gotta make sure you have the right php.ini file 'n' all
