[14:39:55] @crystalite13, @thewwrnerdguy, and @raidarr: my guess would be it's because Global Patrollers (and Global Administrators) are missing the `abusefilter-view-private` and `abusefilter-log-private` user rights from their global group. To be honest, these are useful user rights for both groups and believe they would be non-controversial useful additions. These just allow abusefilters marked as 'private' by local wikis to be viewed.
