[12:49:56] The indirect "you're an idiot" comment basically went something along the lines of "I know your kind, you're the type that slowly ramps up over time to be a decent teacher, I reckon it'd take you around 2-3 years!" [12:51:56] And considering my supervisor has complete control over my grades, I have concerns over whether or not I'll be ending this off with a C average just because she has the first impression of I'm stupid [12:53:03] so for something like that, documentation is key [12:54:03] record precisely as possible with date/relatively accurate timestamps, be on look for something more effective you could use as evidence that won't boil down to he said she said stuff\ [12:54:40] that's definitely the point I'd go in evidence collection mode and prepare to escalate if it does turn into something that will screw you up [12:55:33] from my third party perspective which you can take for a grain of salt it sounds early enough that you could record properly, still give a shot for things to turn out alright, but prepare to act just in case, and that's definitely something that should set off red flags [12:56:44] The whole test run thing lasts for around 2 months, we regularly never talk and I'd only see her around twice tops once every 2 weeks [12:57:01] So do I basically ask if I have consent to record or do I just do it discreetly?
