[19:03:02] [1/2] to me they are secondary information and I see little reason to breach from the convention other, older skins have of listing them in full on the bottom. For 3 categories like that they do not 'clog', but if there were quite a lot of categories then that would be a bit of a mess, and wikis tend to approach them radically differently. For this there are inline links, infoboxes, navboxes and so forth. But, being an opinionated take, I'd rather the subject be determined by the local wiki in the first place [19:14:29] I feel like it depends on the category.
