[02:44:17] Would be appreciated if any meta admins could get around to deleting the following pages: [02:44:18] https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Meta:%ED%95%9C%EA%B5%AD%EC%96%B4https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/User:JCBMSBM [02:44:22] oh oops [02:44:26] gosh darn it [02:44:38] sorry guys I meant [02:44:39] https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Meta:%ED%95%9C%EA%B5%AD%EC%96%B4 [02:44:39] and [02:44:40] https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/User:JCBMSBM [12:23:09] I know committee is a bad word but I kind of want one for rfc/development in particular [12:23:33] something informal in joining and going, just structured enough to have clear 'do points' every other week or whatever [12:24:23] call it a taskforce for even more evil [12:34:46] Special Volunteering Task Force [13:27:17] Super Kool Ymiraheze Etaskforce [14:38:30] :Done: [14:38:40] now, who shall be its founding members [14:46:59] [1/2] https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1225560610628964423/1519715535821078610/image.jpg?ex=6a3e90e2&is=6a3d3f62&hm=e2e11ff1bc7d701c79c2dba82a5b287871373a8bba7f7e8dac2a2e17820fc3c4& [14:46:59] [2/2] https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1225560610628964423/1519715536416542850/image.jpg?ex=6a3e90e2&is=6a3d3f62&hm=de66c471af24563ee0bc92cab8fa3000d3b5e4f503b1e41fb67281b532423f86& [18:28:54] I would be more proactive in launching RfCs but the main issue from my perspective is making sure the people who might have a strong opinion on it have a chance to review and there’s no required timeline for that review to actually happen so [18:29:48] Specific example: I think the MH Commons RfC is ready, but it’s @tali64 ‘s initiative, and was asked to give them a chance to look it over. I’m not bothered by this because it’s not blocking my work in any meaningful sense but it’s a source of delay. [19:06:57] its a case in point for the initiative since the rfc has just kinda died and depends on some random initiative that has not proven itself well so far to proceed [20:46:22] I also think the Commons RfC is OK to launch even if Raidarr's suggestions for a better structure aren't implemented - however, I'd wait on @notaracham 's input since he contributed heavily to the current form of the RfC
