[16:50:07] <CosmicAlpha>	 Cocopuff2018: I fixed the captcha issue. So don't think it's that. Although, I did discover an issue with SpamBlacklist in the process. It existed before though. So if you have something that is blocked by SpamBlacklist (maybe TitleBlacklist also) then changing the page and trying to save again won't work unless you reload. This was previously present with ReCaptcha also but I fixed that as well with my fix.
