[21:54:26] <Kufat>	 Hi all. Looking to restrict editing on my wiki to privileged users. The specifics aren't important, just want to prevent editing by random users and anons. Googling suggested modifying wmgEditingMatrix but looking at localsettings.php in github suggests that that's been superseded, 'cause I'm not seeing it anymore. Any suggestions, please? Thanks!
