[15:02:57] <MirahezeRelay>	 <gummiel> [1/2] Be sure to check extensions too, not just normal permissions, as those can sometimes change access level's too (we used to have anonymous users unable to edit anything on the wiki I am bureaucrat on, despite permissions set correctly, that turned out to be an extension blocking it (that we didn't need anyway, so disabling it worked for our case), don't remember what extension it was
