So with regards of this I need to wait as confirmation has already been reached to me. [09:17:58] that's the email system and that's good; no such procedure is in place on discord [09:18:43] If you raise ticket in their Discord server the point lays down to be that server; if you submit request online providing your email the point of contact would be that email. [09:19:18] I got a human response, which was great. That human communication then went dead [09:19:24] And I received further communications on that email address, and they helped me out later. But so far to my knowledge, they have provided pathway which is sufficient for making communications.
