[00:49:52] <iampaulmata>	 was able to fix my issue - I had multiple php versions installed so I cleaned that up. then I was getting an error about the a string being null. tracked that to being the base uri not being set, so I was able to resolve that by running ./bin/config set phabricator.base-uri <host>
