[14:08:24] catbarf: I believe there are example commits in the history of Phabricator which just add a skeleton app with all of the boilerplate pieces but nothing else. The easiest way forward for adding a new application is either find one of those commits or use one of the unfinished prototype apps and just rename everything and replace the functionality you want. [14:10:43] At one point many years ago I applied for a job at Phacility and the hiring process involved working with epriestley on creating a new app from scratch. There was quite a lot of boilerplate involved and I don't think the output of that exercise was ever released publically. Nonetheless I remember seeing similar work in the commit history when they added new prototype apps to the upstream. [14:12:17] Database migrations can be confusing but perhaps if you post your problem here I can take a look at see if I can help you figure out what's needed to get that part right.
