Our DevQA account recently started receiving a lot of 429 status errors with a Retry-After header set to 1,000,000 ms while accessing https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php. Previously, we occasionally encountered similar issues, but the retry time was not as long. We are trying to respect the rate limiting of the Wikidata API

Could you please help us understand whether our account has been blacklisted, or if certain IP addresses have been blacklisted, or why such a large retry-after value is being set? We also have a live account, and this issue is not reproduced there.
