I suspect this is a hypervisor issue and not an issue on the host itself; to address that someone will need to log into the rackspace console and see what they can see (and maybe hard reboot the host or move it someplace else...)  I don't have access to pwstore right now so I'm probably going to ignore the alerts for today.
