[19:22:15] <ebernhardson>	 wcqs-beta-01 in wikidata-query has somehow enter the power state `paused`. Starting it says i'm (projectadmin) not allowed. It let me restart, but that didn't change the power state. Any ideas? It's a special instance type, running on cloudvirt-wdqs1001 rather than in the normal cloud which might make a difference
