[20:23:21] <roy649>	 I'm not a big fan of tech support by chat.  Sure, it's useful in its immediacy, but it's ephemeral.  The advantage of a mailing list is that the archives are searchable, so one answer will help multiple people who have a similar problem over the span of time.
