We are currently lacking a tool that allows us to send customised emailers to the various groups of registered participants of wikimania. For this I would like to use Mautic, https://www.mautic.org/, an open source marketing automation project. I wonder if it is possible to make use of WMCS in this short notice. The server will be up until a month or two after
