[01:14:57] When it says that Wikitech's Toolforge talk pages are not for support, does that mean they shouldn't be used at all? Or is it still the right place to talk about the documentation? [01:17:02] I think it means you shouldn't use the talk pages for help with using the tool. Discussion of the page itself I think would be fair. [01:29:27] Okay cool. Thanks! [02:54:32] they're not generally well-watched, so if you have a question or aren't sure about a change you want to make, it's best to also mention it here/a more appropriate channel/on phab [09:24:56] for my `wikiauthbot-ng` tool, the job `toolforge jobs run build3 --command "bash -c 'source ~/.profile && cd ~/wikiauthbot-ng && cargo build --release --workspace'" --image python3.11 --mem 2G --cpu 3` doesn't seem to start. I started one that ran for 30 minutes and there was no stderr output. I started one under a new name (build3) and after 3 minutes the files [09:24:56] `build3.out` and [09:24:56] `build3.err` are still not created. Can someone take a look? [09:53:05] @deadbf: it seems like the job was requesting more CPU cores than what the cluster could offer at that moment. i kicked some stuck things and not it's going [09:53:16] !log tools hard reboot tools-k8s-worker-nfs-55 [09:53:18] Logged the message at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nova_Resource:Tools/SAL [09:59:18] Yes, makes sense. This is what I'm thinking of: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help_talk:Toolforge/Jobs_framework#Health_check_control_files (re @wmtelegram_bot: they're not generally well-watched, so if you have a question or aren't sure about a change you want to make, it...)
