[14:02:05] q: does PAWS automatically purge accounts occasionally? I have a former intern who prepared a number of notebooks that were under https://public-paws.wmcloud.org/User:DJames-WMF (or alternatively https://public-paws.wmcloud.org/75093411) but all the old notebooks and directories just return 404s. her phab account if you want see the various linked accounts is https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/DJames-WMF/. I assume she didn't delete [14:02:05] things herself (I haven't reached out yet - trying to account for other possibilities first). i'm asking both to understand if anything is recoverable but also because I'd want to avoid this catching me unaware again in the future if it's a standard process. not actually opposed to deleting data occasionally, just trying to understand. [15:00:26] isaacj: that doesn't sound normal. Please open a phab ticket [15:17:12] thanks arturo : T385048. not explicitly urgent but definitely curious to understand what happened [15:17:12] T385048: Missing notebooks for an account - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T385048 [15:17:37] thanks isaacj I'll raise awareness to the folks [23:43:53] !log admin resetting rabbitmq in eqiad1 in hopes that it will resolve mysterious openstack misbehaviors [23:43:58] Logged the message at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nova_Resource:Admin/SAL
