[23:17:52] <Jdlrobson>	 Hello! Just a heads up that the web team need to be migrate some skin related preferences over the next week. The script will set "skin" preference for various users, to allow us to remove the deprecated "VectorSkinVersion" preference.  
[23:17:56] <Jdlrobson>	 We (@cjming @jdlrobson hopefully with support from @phuedx) are hoping to run the script on some small databases first tomorrow. We expect this will update/create at most 800 rows for a given wiki (however for most wikis this is <40)
