[18:55:52] <brennen>	 my personal policy is that i generally no longer care about what things on gitlab are called or where they go, although i mildly still think that the top-level groups (repos, toolforge-repos, cloudvps-repos, possibly some future others) are useful for making distinctions on available CI resources and the like.
