[15:38:28] <taavi>	 grafana doesn't auto-create users on first login, there's a cron job (well a systemd timer) on the grafana hosts that needs to actually create the user account for all users in the relevant ldap groups

[15:50:24] <topranks>	 That service failed last night for some reason actually.
[15:51:03] <topranks>	 Is it ok to try to run the import script manually as a one off on grafana1002?

[16:37:47] <topranks>	 They've yet to retry.  LDAP CN is "Marco Fossati" and uid is "mfossati"
[16:37:59] <topranks>	 Previous errors were showing in Grafana log like this

[16:38:40] <topranks>	 Looked very much like CAS/LDAP completed login but Grafana then didn't like something.  So I'm hopeful it'll work after you running that
