[18:14:52] <mutante>	 I think it would be great if we could make a decision to either send mail notifications/create tickets or downtime them if they are known maintenance. the IRC-only level is becoming a combo where on one hand you can't really rely on them being seend but on the other hand there are realtime pings about it
