[21:32:35] that's one of those differences from a normal Dockerfile that can be slow to discover [21:35:36] I can build locally with `docker buildx build -f blubber.yaml . --target pkgs3 --target production3 --tag="local/opensearch:3.3.2` but that's always in the same directory.
