[20:18:05] <ebernhardson>	 indeed. The tech lamented the supplies kit that was provided, perhaps it would have been possible to get the screw out but the supplies didn't include any spare screws, so it couldn't be properly reassembled
[20:18:34] <ebernhardson>	 i mean if they had forced the screw out, they didn't have a replacement screw.  So they just left it there and reassembled
