[21:40:21] <mgr42>	 I have been looking at the Wikitech wiki and looking into the email infrastructure it describes, it looks like what deals with SMTP is decently up-to-date there, but IMAP doesn't seem to have much fresh information. The Mail article says the mail server sanger does IMAP, however, according to the Wikitech article for sanger, it's been decommissioned since 2016. I was wondering if I could inquire if Dovecot is still used to serve IMAP for Mediawiki.
