Particularly, I'd like to have a list of users subscribed to tasks tagged with the "Web2Cit" umbrella tag or any of its suproject tags. Thank you!!

[16:09:05] <diegodlh>	 I'm reporting on the Web2Cit project grant and one of the goals was development community engagement. I thought one metric could be subscribers to tasks tagged with that umbrella tag. I could manually do that, but we have quite some tasks already
