I followed https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki/blob/master/DEVELOPERS.md exactly but I am getting "Cannot access the database". Someone suggested that I need to change $wgDBserver from "" to to the location of the sqlite database file, which I assume is "/cache/sqlite/my_wiki.sqlite". Didn't work. Any hints?
