The 720p webm transcode is at 31kbps (Compared to the mp4 vp9 720p transcode which is 2 Mbps) and looks much more reasonable. Is there a reason that TMH would make transcodes with that low a bitrate?

[10:44:34] <bawolff>	 alright, my screencast woes seem to be that the screencast software marked the file as being 1000fps, which somehow messed up the quality of the transcode. I don't know what to make of that, if its a buggy file, or a totally legit file being handled wrong. In any case, using ffmpeg to convert it to 30fps fixed everything (Although that raises the question of why transcodes are broken, when all i
