[11:54:54] <A_smart_kitten>	 Tamzin: if you keep getting them/if they become a pattern, might be worth filing a task about it. i experienced a bunch of SQL errors like that a few weeks ago, and SREs were able to do something to stop the errors occuring (or at least, make them less frequent). i'll sub you to the task i created about it then (T408956)
