[09:16:03] Hallo [09:16:24] hi amir [09:16:45] more questions about translations? :D [09:16:59] How did you guess! [09:17:09] There are three new messages to translate, on different levels of being cryptic [09:17:11] Select a generic [09:17:16] List generic of type [09:17:21] List items [09:18:16] "Select a generic": I guess that "generic" is short for "generic type", and "generic type" appears in the glossary. I've even decided to be bold and added it to the message documentation. Nevertheless, it would be nice to get a confirmation. [09:18:38] "List generic of type": Huh? [09:19:05] The message documentation about this says "Description used to inform user of what type is the list generic.", which doesn't help very much. (re @amire80: "List generic of type": Huh?) [09:21:25] "List items": this looks very simple, but the message documentation makes it complicated: "Heading for the list of generic items." [09:21:26] I'm not sure what should I do about it. Translating "list items" is simple, and quite likely that's what's needed here. But perhaps I should do something different because it's a list of generic items? [09:21:43] Above all, having more clarity about "List generic of type" would probably solve everything. [18:53:04] The idea is that the functions in Wikifunctions are executable directly on the web interface, right? I was wondering what you are planning in terms of the kind of reach/access the implementations will get. Could an arbitrary online search be part of the execution of a function for instance? [18:53:26] Or more interestingly, can it search through all of Wikidata/Wikifunctions as part of the execution? [18:53:27] The reason why I would find that interesting is, that I would love to have a way to look for shared patterns across all maths and physics formula to find unexpected similarities 🔍 [18:53:34] As a completely fictional example: who could have known that the equation describing the cooling process of asphalt has as a part of it the exact same fraction under an integral with 5 variables in it as the equation describing the propagation of sound waves of whales singing under water. And because this fraction didn’t have its own name yet, no one figured out this connection between these different physical phen
