[16:58:43] Before I report a bug, can anyone please check this: [16:58:43] I'm opening wikifunctions.org on the desktop. I type `User:A` in the search box. A "Loading search suggestions" box appears with a moving blue bar (does this kind of bar have a name in designers' terminology?..). And that's it. Nothing is found. [16:58:45] The same thing happens if I type `Help:C`. [16:58:46] If I type `Z`, then I see some autocompletions from the main namespace, as you would expect. But trying to search for something from other namespaces is failing. [16:58:48] Does anyone else see this? [17:08:24] Same here. I think I saw the same on Wikipedia earlier today, but that seems to work now. (re @amire80: Before I report a bug, can anyone please check this: [17:08:25] I'm opening wikifunctions.org on the desktop. I type User:A in the search ...) [17:27:11] Yes. I think it has been like that ever since the dynamic object search was added into the Search box. The easiest workaround is just to click search or press enter before entering any text, then you get taken to the Search page. Otherwise, you may see objects (from the main namespace) appearing as suggestions, but no pages from other namespaces. [19:32:03] Yes, I have also observed this. (re @amire80: Before I report a bug, can anyone please check this: [19:32:03] I'm opening wikifunctions.org on the desktop. I type User:A in the search ...) [20:21:08] T404392 [20:25:02] No user right is required (it's enough to create a testcase that throws an error) [20:36:02] Since from Wikitext it's not still possible to see custom errors, this attack should't affect other Wikis [23:02:36] I've never seen a restricted task before! (re @wikilinksbot: T404392) [23:05:41] small wonder, you’re not normally supposed to advertise them like this
